Water Trasfer Printing Technology

Step 1 Film Developing
We are able to develop the pattern designed by customer for water transfer printing in less than six weeks. With your exclusive and unique patterns, you can create your products an unequaled character.

Step 2 Painting
The objects to be printed will be base coated with a suitable undercoat in an appropriate colour.

Step 4 Top Coating
After undergoing an inspection (quality control) the printed object are clear coated to protect the printed surface. The parts will now meet the highest standards with respect to quality and durable

Step 3 Water Transfer Printing
The printing film is laid out on the water surface of the dipping basin. The objects are immersed in the water trough the floating layer liquefied pattern
